Courtney Jackson holds a Masters of Education in Clinical Counseling and assists with various roles. Courtney serves our staff and clients by providing clinical mental health to both children and adults experiencing mental health and/or addiction issues. Courtney has a heart and passion for both mental health and recovery, as well as assisting others with developing tools to have a happy, healthy, functioning life. Courtney is accepting new referrals for clinical counseling.

Courtney additionally serves our staff and clients by reviewing compliance with regulations and policies, managing communications with care organizations and Medicaid, supervising case managers, coordinating with community service agencies, completing prior authorization requests, and coordinating programs.

When asked what she loves most about her job, Courtney replied, “I love that we work toward breaking boundaries to intervention, stabilization, and maintenance. I love that we meet people where they are and help them move forward.”

Courtney loves to read and reads for pleasure daily. A few fun facts about Courtney is that she participates in yearly reading challenges and loves to draw and paint!
